I was a Registered Nurse for 22 years. I started my own healing journey when I developed health issues that forced me to quit nursing in 2012. This loss was devastating as it forced me to leave a career that I loved. Health issues forced me to explore alternative therapies as I was not able to function on some of the medications I was prescribed at the time. I was a single mother with two teenage girls and emotionally and physically spiralling downward. From there I started looking into energy healing and discovered the powerful energy healing techniques of Emotion code and Body code. These modalities have been life changing for me.

 

In  2021 I  lost my youngest daughter in a tragic accident. My heart was shattered in a million pieces. You learn first hand that life can change in an instant. When our hearts have been shattered what do we do?

We plant their love and legacy into the hearts of those around us. We water it, both with tears of unexpected joy and moments of heartbreaking grief. My healing journey will be lifelong  but I will be forever grateful for these healing modalities.

I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice. I love empowering clients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts to bring balance back into the mind, body, and soul.
